Sponsored by Cloudveil, and the staff of Powder Magazine, and proudly BYOB’d by Big Sky Brewing Company, [...]

Reality Revival

As a twenty-something woman, I cannot help but notice the stellar reality programming that is aimed at my demographic on prime-time channels lately. The Bachelor, The Hills, that one with the celebrity addicts, and isn’t there still the show with Flava Flave trying to find love? I do kinda of like that midget family [...]

PC's Suck

Backbone has always been and will always be a Mac office. After recently purchasing a PC to run a more robust version of Quickbooks, I am now more convinced than ever that Microsoft and PC’s completely suck. There’s no way Crispin Porter can possibly make Microsoft cool – but I applaud them for taking their [...]

Don't Kill Your TV (just yet)

A recent flurry of television coverage resembles the forecast for this weekend.
Avalanches and the Black Diamond AvaLung continue to be a hot topic popping up on Good Morning America with Andrew McClean and Marit Fisher as well SLC’s FOX 13.
1% For The Planet also got some air time with the contrarian story of the rise [...]

The latest title that got the axe: ForbesLife MountainTime, which employed a few of our media friends. But at the same time we’re seeing growth from small publishers: Height of Land [...]

Ian sled necked and built a giant snowman while his wife Sari raced in the COSMIC. Jess S skinned Garrett; Jess [...]

Sitka Engineers Hunting Technology

Move over grandpa, this hunter ain’t gonna give up easy.  Sitka’s new heated Dutch Oven Vest is powered by the new Moshi Power System from Ardica Technologies.  The lightweight, bendable Ardica Power System is built into the vest and sits comfortably between your shoulder blades. It’s almost unnoticeable.
An easy squeeze of the on-off button powers [...]
